9K a year Helping Hand Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing quality integrated, community-based outpatient care to individuals with mental health and addiction issues, as well as co-occurring disorders.
Helping Hand Behavioral Health, is seeking a Part Time HR Assistant for immediate hire.
The position would be in person at the Atco or Vineland NJ location.
Responsibilities Work in conjunction with the HR Manager in updating employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status Complete monthly and yearly checks as required Update expired documents in HR records File training documents in employee files Assist with reviewing, preparing or updating employment records Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed Assist with hiring process, which includes job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks and employment verification Respond to employment verification requests Requirements Office experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving abilities Team management skills Good computer skills Helping Hand Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
