General Summary The Compliance Documentation Specialist (CDS)- is responsible for assisting the team in creation and revisions for item specifications, labels and supporting documentation.
Compliance Documentation Specialist (CDS) FLSA:
Salary 50,000-65,000 Depending on previous work history.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities Maintain all levels of Retail/Industrial specifications and perform revision/ New requests.
Maintain all levels of Retail/Industrial product documentation.
Label Creation and revisions.
(Bartender) Completing Documentation requests through the company's current process flow system (Monday.
com) Approver of labels based on regulatory, customer and in house requirements.
Responsible for all portal work documentation and data requests.
Using current knowledge and resources to define GAPS within documentation, communication between departments to complete designated tasks.
Back up for Quality Vendor specialist and Quality Systems Coordinator.
(Cross train in the QSV, QSC roles and responsibilities).
Saving all Customer document submissions and received documents to their respective folders.
Ensuring current documentation is uploaded into our ERP system and notifying respective team members.
Reporting weekly updates to Compliance manager.
Assist in projects delegated by Compliance and/or technical service director.
Creating and directing meetings to complete tasks at hand.
(Including but not limited to portal representatives, and vendors) Customer portal Liaison.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Background in SOP writing / Technical writing Works well independently.
Associate degree in a science related field and or equivalent work experience.
FDA allergen Label requirements Experience with FDA and/or USDA regulations Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
NFP creation Specification revisions Verification skills Background in performing GAP Analysis Strong Bartender software system and Excel knowledge Organization skills Self-motivated Dependable This position is a hybrid position, 2 day work from home after 6 months of employment, training completion, and managers approval.
Manager and or TSD director have the right to limit this at any point if onsite duties are required for this job position and or job responsibilities are not being completed in a timely/ accurate manner.
