Experience:
8-10 years Strong experience in ETL, Database concepts, Data Archival and Data Migration on premises as well as Cloud. Strong stakeholder management experience. Hands on experience in Microsoft Project, JIRA and Agile based Scrum, Kanban delivery models Work with Client on providing the solutioning for Data Archive/Data Migration projects. Understand the scope of project, schedule/allocate/co-ordinate/manage tasks with all internal/external stakeholders, present status updates to IT and business leaders as required Act as escalation contact for issue resolution and problem management Develop and contribute to strategic vision for Data Archive, Migration and Cloud transformation Define and contribute to development of standards, guidelines, design patterns and common development frameworks & components Work effectively in a distributed global team environment across US, Canada and India Internally work with different teams, stakeholders for timely delivery and eliminate project delays. Understand the project risks, define the mitigation plan and timely escalate as required Define project governance model for better tracking and status Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) #CB #IND123
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
